Description
This study selected appropriate sections for financing in terms of the optimal contribution to decreasing local discrepancies and to stimulating economic activities in rural areas.
The study TOR had three major sections: (1) Study for validity, (2) Study for content, and (3) Study for implementation. In terms of validity, the study assessed target sections from various perspectives, such as traffic demand, influence on local living conditions, and coordination with other Japanese projects. Based on the selected sections, the team proposed effective sub-projects to contribute to development of rural areas.
