Description
In the perspective of Regional Economic Communities (RECs) which establish integrated economic zones by connecting ports and landlocked countries, it is essential to set forth a comprehensive integrated regional transport infrastructural development assistance strategy to realize economic growth for the region as a whole.
With the above indicated considerations, the study explored the formulation of a strategy for regional transport infrastructure development. To achieve integrated regional economic growth, industrial growth and trade facilitation, this study established an assistance program for regional transport infrastructure based on “Growth Scenarios.”
