Description
This study was originally proposed by Ukrainian government to private group consisting of Japanese companies, requesting to develop urban metro transportation system using Japanese Yen Loan funding. This fact finding mission studied; 1) progress of study and design in the local organization, 2) maturity of project preparation in the local and national implementation body, 3) clarify the difficulties in engineering, and 4) initial analysis of financial and economical feasibility.
