Description
The Government of Bangladesh requested the Government of Japan to provide technical assistance in strengthening the training capability of the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) as part of its efforts to reform civil service systems. This project aimed to enhance capacity of BPATC trainers in the field of practical Total Quality Management (TQM) for improving public services through development and implementation of Short Courses on TQM, Training of Trainers (ToT), development of TQM modules in core training courses for public servants, promotion of the TQM approach, and implementation of TQM model projects.
