Description
The Uzbekistan-Japan Center for Human Development (Phase 2) Project was agreed upon in December 2005, in order to continue to develop business human resources to help Uzbekistan move towards a market economy, and to promote sound relationships and mutual understanding between the people of Uzbekistan and Japan. The Project lasted until November 2010. The Center, which under the JICA’s direct operation from the year 2000 was commissioned to PADECO in the 2nd Phase.
