Description
PADECO was responsible for financial analysis and construction planning. Financial analysis for both public and private in order to propose a most appropriate collaboration scheme as well as sensitivity analysis were carried out. Construction planning was done with the consideration of environmental impact due to the sensitivity of the region (nearby Ha Long bay), and the most appropriate method was proposed to overcome the issues such as soft ground and sedimentation.
