Description

PADECO carried out the Final Evaluation of a Nautical School Upgrading Project for JICA. The main objective of the project was the technical transfer of both theoretical and practical aspects, especially regarding teacher training, new curricula, and updated machinery and equipment. Five month prior to project completion, PADECO’s evaluation specialist and the Panamanian authorities jointly assessed the achievements of the project plan.
