Description

JICA engaged PADECO to carry out the Final Evaluation of a Telecommunications Training Center Project in Paraguay. PADECO conducted research on the effectiveness, impact, efficiency, rationale, and sustainability of this educational project. The work also involved a close examination of textbooks, lesson manuals, and curricula. Based upon the analysis, the Training Center Project has been extended for two years.
