Description
PADECO was appointed by JICA to evaluate the captioned project. The evaluation involved (i) assessing the appropriateness of the provided facility, equipment, counterpart personnel, and curriculum; (ii) measuring the level of attainment of the project goal; (iii) determining the effectiveness/contribution and impacts of the project to (a) upgrade training standards, (b) increase number of trainees, and (c) disseminate information technology among small- and medium-sized enterprises in Argentina; and (iv) evaluating project sustainability.
