Description
PADECO was appointed by JICA to evaluate the captioned project. The evaluation involved (1) assessing the appropriateness of the provided facility, equipment, counterpart personnel, and curriculum; (2) measuring the level of attainment of the project goal; (3) determining the effectiveness/contribution and impacts of the project to Brazilian vocational training systems; and (4) evaluating project sustainability.
