Privatization of the toll road sector is currently on debate in Japan, and PADECO is commissioned to conduct an Italian case study of the privatization of the toll road sector that can be treated as one of the benchmark models. The Study was aimed at formulating a clear and concrete picture of the process, conditions and outcomes of the privatization.
