Messages of Employees
Shinichiro Tanaka
My joy is to co-witness results of my collaboration with my clients, students, teachers, school committees, mayors, education officers, and ministries. Recently I see new needs and expectations for school and offices emerging from its neighboring communities, while central ministries pay great efforts to transform themselves from “commander” to “supporter” in providing education services. In this global trend of decentralization, PADECO stands here to provide hands-on solutions (and how to provide hands-on solutions), to materialize a better access, learning, and governances of school and offices. Let me and my colleagues be part of shaping your education better.
Akiko Nishibuchi
Currently I am engaged in two oversea JICA Technical Assistance Projects. I enjoy my current projects very much as I prefer field frontline work involving a lot of communication with local people. In PADECO, all employees are highly trusted and given a lot of freedom to manage one's own work. It is very challenging. But as I am independent by nature, I appreciate this policy. I strongly recommend PADECO for all who seek for free, independent and challenging work environment.
